Edward R. Hewitt letter to Mrs. White [manuscript], 1944 June 21.

Hewitt writes to thank Mrs. White for her kind letter., saying that his wife knew Mr. Wright as a girl in Ann Arbor. He discusses his book"Those were the days" briefly, and then moves on to talk about his newly finished book about "our old Manor House at Ringwood and the Hewitt family there," a place which has recently been made into a public park and attraction. A note by Mrs. White at the bottom explains that Mr. Wright was her grandfather.
